Is it possible to prevent Users from creating Contact records in Dynamics CRM?
My client does not want all individual users to be able to do this. They only want assigned users to be able to do this.
Perhaps disabling some security role priviliges?
Important to note is that they do want the reversed Sync to remain possible, i.e. from CRM to Outlook for contacts, tasks and appts.
Client has a CRM On Premise environment version 8.1 and a Cloud Active Directory.
