Hello Experts,

I am having OnPremises Environment and running MPOS on it. i have observed that Suspend transactions are getting disappeared from D365 MPOS and unable to locate it in recall transaction screen.

Show Journals is having the same transaction with /Suspended Transaction/ Status.

Is there any way to locate the suspended transaction in recall transaction.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
You can try to check the following points:
Make sure MPOS is configured correctly. In MPOS, sometimes configuration issues can cause suspended transactions to display incorrectly. Check the MPOS settings to ensure that relevant parameters and options are enabled correctly.
Review the transaction log to determine the current status and location of paused transactions.
Ensure proper synchronization between MPOS and D365 Commerce backend database. Sometimes synchronization issues can lead to data inconsistencies, resulting in paused transactions not being seen in MPOS that are correctly present in the background.
View the log files on the MPOS client for more information on the disappearance of the suspended transaction.
    Best Regards,
    Hana

Are you trying to recall the suspended transaction in the same register or a different one?
