How to integrate Zatca Fatoora Portal Phase 2 with D365FO

Hello experts,

Has anyone with prior experience successfully integrated Zatca E-Invoicing Phase 2 with D365fo? I have been reviewing some documentation, but it's proving to be a bit confusing. If anyone can provide guidance or share their insights, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

    Hi,
Based on the issue you described, it seems that you have problems integrating third-party apps with Dynamics 365. You can refer to this document to study how to integrate with Dynamics 365: Integration between finance and operations apps and third-party services - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn, and you can consult the corresponding vendor for the integration of Zatca Fatoora Portal Phase 2.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi,

To establish an integration between D365fo and the ZATCA platform, you need to use an authentication certificate called CSID.

The certificate has two stages: Compliance and Production, and it is important to complete both stages, regardless of whether you are working on a UAT or Production environment.

After the certificate is issued, you upload it together with its secret into an Azure Key Vault, so that D365FO can access it securely.

In LCS, you also need to set up the integration with Power Platform and enable the e-invoicing feature.

Then, in Power Platform, you install the application that contains the required configurations.

Inside Dynamics, you activate the necessary features and import the needed configurations.

Finally, after making sure all configurations are in the right place and the steps are completed, you can start submitting the invoices to the ZATCA platform.

That’s a quick summary to give you the full picture.
