I have written a workflow in which the purpose is to update the status of a task from in progress to overdue. Overdue is a custom topic, which is part of the field status reason. All of the Task in our CRM are automatically created through workflows and assigned due dates based off of SLA's. I would like for the status of the task to change to overdue when the due date passes. This would be easily done by making a condition stating "if actual date is greater than due date then update status to overdue". However, I can not find a way to use the actual date as a comparative tool within my workflow. If anyone would have any insight in this that would be much appreciated!
