We have sent out our first marketing email and of course did not go as expected.
They now want to send a reminder (yes we should have set this up at the beginning).
So we have a live email and a live journey.
What happens if I edit the email or journey?
Is there anyway to just send it again to people who have not opened it?

You cannot add new tiles to a journey that has gone live. You can however send an email to those who have not opened the previous journey. You want to use the same segment that you used in the previous journey as the base but you want to add a suppression segment for those contacts who opened the email in the previous journey (use email opened and customer journey id values to set it up.) Then you would setup the rest of the journey a normal with the follow-up email.
