We keep running into the issue in the article above.
However, using the same integration, the True setting causes issues for one user but not the other. With both set to False, it works for both.
I just rolled out a new integration, and it doesn't work with False, but works with True. But if we change it back to True, it will break the previous integration.
Does anyone know what the real issue is with this setting?
