We are getting ready to test upgrading to GP 2010. Can FRX and Management Reporter co-exist or do we have to drop FRX after we upgrade? Also, we have multiple citrix servers. Does Management Reporter need to be installed on all of them? Thanks!

We've run FRx and MR side by side at our clients for testing and didn't note any issues. FRx with the proper service packs will work fine with GP 2010.
Just to clarify, MR has both a client and a server installation unlike FRx. The MR client would need to be installed on each Citrix server that you wish to use MR on. If they are in a farm configuration, you'd want to install it on all servers.
