Greetings!

I am working on a D365 Business Process Flow and I am struggling to understand how connectors work.

My current BPF snapshot is below

I would like to establish the connection highlighted in Red Color in the below image

I went through some of the threads posted on this subject earlier, but couldn't crack how to achieve the above connection.

Also, Kindly share if you have written any notes or came across any video/blog on connectors for business process flow

I have the same question (0)

    Hello dxshyam

If you select the stage called 'Portal Access' and going to the 'Connector' has it show the image:

Do you have the possibility to click on the stage that you want to connect to?

    Some documentation for reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/enhance-business-process-flows-branching

    Hey @Rui Carvalho,

I just stumbled about your answer and i have a very similar problem as dxshyam.

I just can't click on the connector-Button. Its always grayed out. Do you have an idea why this is?

This is a huge problem for me, because that way i can't finish my workflow...

    Any help appreciated

I am also having issue where the connector button is greyed out - I'm not able to use to branch anything.  Is there another 'trick' to this?

I just figured this out - you must have another process stage for the Condition to connect to.  In the below example I originally only had 1 and 2.  After I added Stage 3 I am able to select 1 click Connect then it provides options for me to choose which stage to connect to.   So basically if condition is not met you can skip the Stage where condition was met.
