Login Creation Error

I am trying to add a new user to Dynamics GP 2010 and receiving an error that the SQL login already exists. The new user does already exist in SQL due to being an employee and having access to data through the Business Portal.

What is the correct process to fix this or the correct process to adding a new user?

You cannot have the same user using the same name in GP. For eaxmple, lets say you create a user in GP called Susan. If her domain name is mydomain\Susan this will not work. You need to make sure the name portion is different. So I would create a new user in GP with something other than her domin name.
