We would like to start emailing documents (AR invoices, AP check remittances, etc), directly from Great Plains. However, due to HIPPA regulations, we have to email all documents via secure email. When emailing from GP, documents are not sent securely.
Has anyone run into this issue? How did you resolve it?

I am not sure what you mean by it is not secure. Could you expand on why you were informed this process is not secure?
