Processing Credit Card Payment

I am trying to process a credit card payment in a payment in a payment journal and I cannot. When I click on the Functions, Credit Card...the screen comes up to select the CC but I cannot see anything in the drop down.

We are processing CC on sales orders and it seems to work. Any thoughts?

    Hi Kate,
    Did you select the payment method that you want to use?

    Once selected, the number field will be available to select a card number or add a new one. In the case of the payment method is a payment card.

    I have it setup like this but still cannot see them. I feel like I am missing something in setup or something not turned on

    Did you configure the electronic payment setup?

    And what about the payment service? What one are you using?

    Accounts receivable > Payments setup > Payment services

    I have followed these instructions and I am still not getting it. I do have a payment processor:

    These are all the setups.

    So when I am on a sales order, I cannot see CC to select and on Journal I see no payment methods.

    The credit card payment function is just available in the payment journal because you are using a call center from the Retail and commerce module, and you are a user assigned to a call center. Can you confirm if the call center has the payments configured as well?

    I sometimes encounter similar problems, but usually it happens when paying with a mobile phone
