    Hi

With CRM2016 license model USD came with Professional licenses. (Or Enterprise)

With the new Dynamics 365 license I believe you will need an Enterprise - Sales, Enterprise - Customer Service or Enterprise Plan.

I won't claim to be an expert in other products out there. But the unique selling points for USD are its close integration with Dynamics and also the ability to make configurations quickly. (Often without code.) I guess you will find lots of products that will give CTI support and screen pop capabilities. But I doubt any are able to give such seamless integration with Dynamics.

    Neil.
