Cannot Change Company Logo in legal Entity

Hi Everyone,

When I try to change company logo in one legal entity, it is changed and when I want to change company logo in another legal entity, I cannot change it.

I try to check the report also. It seems fine.

Do I have to build customization of report to get logo for another company dynamically else insert in same report.

I would try to rephrase your issue.

Legal entity logo is not being updated automatically on customized report.

If I got you right, how did you insert the logo on the resport design?

Are you talking about SSRS Report?

Also where you are changing logo for the company?

On D365 portal,When i try to change the logo,it is not getting. I also try to check for report ,how can i change that.

Logo was already inserted by embedded image .How can I update logo then

You should bot be crucified by embedding the image directly.

I used to do same in the past.

The right way. You should insert the logo in your temp table.

So you are saying you changed the logo in front end, but its not getting in the report?

Is it right?

How you are showing the logo in ssrs report? Expression or field in temp table?

I cannot change in the front end and backend in report,it is put as embedded image

How you are uploading the logo against the legal entity?

What error its throwing when you upload logo from front end?

You need to open the Legal entity form >>Select one legal entity >> you need to use change or remove button.

Change button will allow you to select the logo from file explorer and remove button will remove the existing logo.

As per screenshot, change and remove button is disabled - is this the issue you are talking about?

If yes have you clicked the edit button on the top left of the form?
