Hello,
We are using handheld devices to scan products from different areas of our facility and uploading them to GP to print a picking ticket. Recently some items will scan but not properly upload into GP; therefore they will not show in the "Requisition Inventory" tab . The par levels are set and all of the products are assigned to each location. Any tips or tricks to help fix this would be great appreciated!

This is not native functionality of GP - do you know what additional modifications or products you have installed to provide this functionality to help people help you?
