Hi,

Using XrmToolBox, which tool can be used to backup the various components in the D365 solution like Entities, Web Resources, SDK Processing Steps, Processes, Security Roles etc.

User should have option to select which entities/web resources etc to backup.

Also, which tool from XrmToolBox can be used to backup the data from the various entities & also backup the automatic record creation rules?

You can use below plugin to unpack your customization and store on your local computer/Source control for backup.

For Data backup - you can use Export to excel plugin
