Sales order unit price is cleared when creating a direct delivery

Hello everyone,

 The sales order line is imported through data management framework and then I am doing the direct delivery, it is clearing the unit price in the sales line.

The same sales line if created manually and ran the direct delivery is functioning as expected and not clearing the unit price.

There is a hidden field 'MANUALENTRYCHANGEPOLICY' in Sales Line table that is being unique for records created manually and records created through DMF.

For records created through DMF, it is clearing the unit price. It shouldn't happen. Please advise what needs to be verified.

    Hi Prudviraj,

    What exact fields are provided in the source file for DMF and is this the same list of fields when you enter the line manually? What exact data entity did you use here? A standard or a custom?

    Hi Andre, thanks for your response.

    Steps we followed to create a sales line through DMF:

    1. Create a sales line manually in the sales order & export it via Sales order lines V2 entity (Standard entity)

    2. Download the exported file

    3. Delete the line in the sales order

    3. create an import project with the same entity & upload the downloaded file in step 2

    4. Keep Inventory Lot ID as auto generated & imported the sales line in the same sales order. The line got imported with all the values

    We are not changing any fields in sales line. We ran the direct delivery on the imported sales line and the unit price is getting cleared.

    Hi Prudviraj,

    Can you check if the LineAmount is also part of your import? If that is the case, try to delete this column from your source file. Otherwise, the entity thinks that this field was manually overridden.

    If after this attempt the field ManualEntryChangePolicy is different, you might consider a customization and extend the current entity.
