Uninstall GP10 Error

I am trying to uninstall GP10 to install GP2010 and get the following error.  "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open."  Would really like to keep both installed but cannot see the new server so my thought was because GP10 was still installed.  The ODBC points to old server.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Disabled AVG and the uninstall worked
