    Not sure exactly what you are asking.

    If you want to default a specific CHECKBOOK when entering AP transactions, then go to Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Setup | Purchasing | Payables; near the bottom left of the window you can setup a default Checkbook (among other things).
