Hi,

I'm creating a Sales dashboard that includes a list of Activities. I want to use the system view called My Open Activities, however it's not available to choose, why is that? and how can I make it available?

The list of system views for Activities

The views available to choose when setting up the list in the dashboard - not all views are there

Try changing "Records" selection from "Only Related Records" to "All Records"

    Hi,

As per OOB filter criteria of "My Activities" it will show the "Open" & "Scheduled" activities. But you can create your won view with desired filter and use it in dashboards

    Hi,

Try to set "My Open Activities" as default view by going to

Settings -> Customization -> Customize the System.

Expand task/ activity entity  and then select   "My Open Activities"   view for which you want to set the Default view  -> In the top menu under "More Actions"  you case see "set default" options.

When you configure the Default view it applies to all users. So whenever any user logs in and navigates to activity entity, they will see ‘My Open Activities ’ view.
