RE: Error: system status cannot be converted into journal type

    Hello,

This problem appeas to be a design limitation of Field Service, that happens when you try to complete a work order/bookable resource booking that has a custom value in an option set (likely the status field).

Field Service expects you to have an out of the box value in most option sets while completing records.

Can you check if you have added any custom values to the Field Service option sets, and if any of them are selected when this problem occurs ?
