Suspended Transactions appears suddenly

Hi I am using DAX 2012 r3 c12, I am facing strange problems of suspended transactions. many of my store managers complains that they see suspended bills all of certain however the same bill has already been voided in past. In some cases when I recall these bills they throw an error 1002. and most of the time we had to recall bills and cancel/void them. Can someone help on this?
