When I try to create an order from a quote the dialog box only gives me the option "don't update opportunity" sometimes. We do not close our opportunities when an order is created. Any ideas as to why we sometimes have this option but other times we do not? Also, the "create order" command is sometimes not available in the command ribbon on the quotes which is troublesome.
