I was getting following error on load of a plugin
Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: Download the details and load with Plug-in Profiler.

I tried debugging the plugin in detail and after struggling for too much time, came to know about the solution; which has been given in the answers section. Please feel free to share your thoughts on this as this will help many others in future.

Okay will try again this way, I am a little bit unsure whether the profiling was in stopped stage or started when the issue was coming.. Will check it again. Thanks a lot for the prompt response.
Agree with Emre..Stop and start profiling for Debugging not un-install it.
Hi Sumit,
"Plugin Profiler" helps you to debug operations without any interruption to production environments and also CRM Online.
You can easly start / stop profiling from Plugin Registration Tool. After you select your plugin assembly and related steps Plugin Registration Tool 's top menu changed and you'll see "Start Profiling" or vice versa.
So you don't need to uninstall profiler :)
After investing many hours in debugging this error, it turned out that the error was due to the plugin profiler. Someone had installed plugin profiler before and had kept it like that, so I uninstalled the plugin profiler and my form started loading properly.
It's true that most of the difficult issues have easy solutions.. Happy CRMing.. :)
