Closing a won opportunity - status reason error

Hello,

I am having trouble trying to close an opportunity that was won, the Opportunity Close form has a status dropdown box which does not seem to be showing the dropdown options. What am I doing wrong?

When looking into this further, the Status Reason form has the following options which are not showing up in the above dropdown box.

Hello,

Can you please try clearing cache/ PUBLISH All customization and try again

Because this is a strange issue, if the issue still not fixed, raise a MS ticket.
