Hello Everyone,
I have a requirement of: The system should send an email notification to a specified account upon posting of first 2 invoices into the customer account when the invoice description contains Differential and or Prorated for easy tracking.
I am aware there is an alert configuration I can configure out of the box, but I am not sure if it is applicable in this scenario. Kindly assist with input on how I can go about this, thanks
Hi Anoghena,
There is no support for your requirement out of the box. When setting up alerts, it does not support the first x records. You can consider a customization or Power Automate flow with this logic.

Hi Anoghena, We had similar requirement to email to customer based on specific conditions and we have done using Business event and Power Automate.
This was my train of thought, I just wanted to be sure I was thinking along the right direction.
