Hello,
When I try and get SSRS to work with the Metrics on the homepage, I am getting an error stating the "The Report Server URL entered is not valid."
When I type the URL into my web browser, it takes me right to the Report Server.
I am running GP 2010 SP1 with SQL 2008 R2.
Please help!

You should follow the system setup documentation in order to get this setup. The location of the PDF is within the GP installation folder in the "Documentation" folder.
I believe the report server URL for SSRS reports for SQL 2008 is the following:
http://servername/reportserver/reportservice2005.asmx
If you are running SSRS in sharepoint mode, it should be:
http://servername/reportserver/reportservice2006.asmx

Under Administration > Setup > System > Reporting Tools Setup, what do you have entered in this areas for your Report Server URL and Report Manager URL? Do you have Charts and KPIs checked as well?
