There are lot of resources where you can learn Navision such as

1) Community blogs

2) MSDN

3) Online Help

4) NAV Books

If you are looking for material then you need to download it from MS Sites and it requires login

There are lot of videos avaialbe on youtube also where you can learn step by step.
