Unable to run the report on the Sales Territory Entity

Hi Community,

We have an SSRS report that is working properly. It has the data related to the Account based on the Sales Territory so the user can select the territory on the filter and get all territory-related account details.

Currently we are directly running the report but we wanted to run the report by selecting the Sales territory. But in the Report configuration while selecting the entities there is not option to select the territory.

Please advise.

Hi,

You need to click the Report Wizard button to create the report.

Then, you will be able to see the Territory entity.

Hi @Dengliang Li,

I have tried all the permutations and combinations. My user has the System customizer role but still does not see the Terrirotry inside the setup of the report. Below is a screenshot for the same:

Please let me know what needs to be done.

Hi,

Please check if you have permission to access the Terrority entity.

If you do not have access to the Territory entity, you cannot create reports using the Territory entity.
