Any body know about source table of Invent in/out Status china report in Ax 2012 ?

You could select Edit in the Right-click menu on the report in the AX AOT if you have the required report designer/editing components and Visual Studio installed, then have a look at the datasource of the report. If it is a query based report, may work your way back from there to see what tables are used there. If it is a Data Provider-based report, you need to find the classes associated with the report, and read through the code to have an idea what are the tables involved.
I was able to use Cross-References and find the report based on the label you have provided, and it is not a simple list of tables, but AX does calculations in the DP class as well.

The summary calculation in the form is using \Classes\InventPhysQtySumCalc_CN
