Hi.
In live environments, some of the financial reports often not finish.
- General Ledger Transactions to Fact (Running )
1) Is it because the hardware specification of the associated server is low?

2) How do I know what caused the problem?
Do I go into the Financial Report server and look at the Event Viewer?
On the SQL DB server, should I monitor whether the query related to the financial report?
3) Connecting to the Orchestrator server, restarting MR Node will return normally.
However, after a few days, the same thing happens again.
4) Will resetting the data mart solve this problem?

Is it a specific report or a random report that happens like this?
What is the size of your hardware. Please check:docs.microsoft.com/.../system-requirements-on-prem
The first thing you need to do is to check if there are any error messages on Orchestrator. And you could check the Event Viewer on Financial Report server.
