Hello,
Screenshots from my report are attached below. I cannot work out why I am not able to export at a transaction level (button is greyed out). The report is working fine at a summary and account level.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Can you check following:
1. Are you able to generate standard reports given in for financial reports at transaction level?
2. Are you able to drill down to transaction level on screen after running the report?

Can you enable all of the first three parameters in your first screenprint and then try exporting again?

Apologies if I was not clear in my post. The 3rd option is greyed out. I cannot enable it. The first 2 are fine but cannot enable the 3rd.

Thanks for trying to help. Valid questions from your side.
For question 1, it is Yes. This problem does not exist for standard reports.
For question 2, the drill down to transaction level is working but not at the report level, only by directly going into account transactions. The drill down to transactions while remaining within FR as well as the export transactions option is disabled for this specific report.

Can you regenerate the report and ensure that the parameter 'financial, account & transactions' is selected when generating the report. If this is the case you should be able to export all levels to Excel.
Please see screenshot 2 in my first post. Unless I am mistaken, that is set correctly. It is still not working.
as Ludwig and others suggested, the original report design must include the level of financial, account & transactions and then one can download the transaction level details

Can you please try recreating the report just to make sure that the report was run with the correct parameters?
It should only take a couple of seconds until the report is reprocessed.
Thank you for trying to help. I recreated the report, row and column definition. No change. Still cannot export to transaction level.
Very strange. It is like something has changed in the settings to disable this functionality.
