Questionnaire for requirement gathering

Hi Folks,

Is there a way we can get a standard questionnaire for business requirement gathering which can be shared to the customer for Business Central ?

Does Microsoft provides a standard template of questionnaire which can be shared to the customer ? I remember we had this in Sure Step methodology but I believe this tool is retired.
