workspace copy views to users

The following errors were encountered when workspaces were copied to the user
The workspace named ABC was copied from the System administration > Settings > Personalization menu to the test user named dyngrdplanlama
But when it is defined to the user, it gives an error and the worksheet does not open. There is no problem when opening the menus from individual modules, but the workspace section cannot be used. what should I do////////

    Based on the information you have provided, we have determined that you are using Dynamics 365 FO. is this correct?
