During initial setup of Business Portal, users were setup under the same domain as the GP and BP applications were installed, due to cross domain issues. The cross-domain issue has been resolved and we are now able to use the user's home domain account (domain B) instead of the secondary account (domain A).
Basically I need to know if there is a way to change the user's account from domain A to domain B, while maintaining the user's current Requisition History. Several users have large requisitions that they copy to recreate requisitions from (200+ line item requisitions) and plus we don't want lose their requisition history.
This same thing could be ask if a user's domain ID has changed (ie. Jane Doe [JaneDoe] got married and her last name is Jones now [JaneJones]). Need to know how this can be changed within BP.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
