When I create a Teams webinar directly in Teams, the audio conference details are created on the meeting. When I create an event in Dynamics as a Teams Webinar, I don't get the dial-in information created on the Teams meeting. Is this expected? Is there a way to add this? Obviously I am licensed for audio conferencing.

Do you mean the info highlighted in the following screenshot?
If yes, when you created a Teams webinar in Dynamics Marketing, the meeting will be shown in the Calendar of Teams also and you can edit it to see the number.
