    Hi Eishak,

I have not seen anything strange, since we have already updated version 20, may be you can check if there are some App being outdated or uninstalled?

    Thanks.

I checked that our client stated that after the update some of the users permissions got messed up, plus some item cards and sales order settings

I can say with experience, Yes.  When the last update happened (May 2022) none of my sales guys could access sales orders.  It had to do with a Insightworks extension that we installed.  Luckily I was working on the Saturday when it happened and was able to add the permissions so there were real impact.  Just re-emphasized the importance of applying the updates to current sandboxes before rolling out to production environments.

Also if anyone else is leaning from my mistakes.  adding permission sets to user groups is WAY faster than going to each and every User and adding a Permission set.

I heard that some "user-defined" permission got impacted. Not sure which one. But if users only have "system defined" permission then all should be good.
