Tracking mail campaigns

Hi

We have been running a number of test campaigns with limited success

The biggest issue is the tracking of replies in outlook.

I assumed that CRM would automatically track replies (not responses) but this is not the case on our outlook clients

Am I correct in assuming that CRM should automatically track replies in Outlook?

    We have the options set as suggested by Microsoft and although they appear as response emails in Outlook, they are not automatically tracked

    Each response comes in to outlook and the 'track' button is still available. This wouldn't be the case if it was being tracked. Also the small tracking icon does not appear against any of the emails that are in response to a campaign

    If I view the responses in 'Activities' in CRM the 'Regarding' column is being populated correctly.

    Any ideas?

    Hi

    CRM automatically track the email when it sent from CRM. Mean while it should based setting in CRM. Please refer below URL

    Hi Dave

    Make sure, tracking token and smart match is on. Yes CRM would automatically track replies to any email sent from CRM
