Hi,

I am trying to enable the MS Dynamics Add-in for Word/Excel. When I add it from the store, I get a right-hand side pane in Word that asks for Server URL and Language. When I enter the URL for the production server (Dynamics 365 online) and hit "OK", it ties to complete "Retrieving server configuration" and after 30-40 seconds returns with the error "Failed to retrieve the server config" followed by "Details: Failed to load " and "Retry"

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Judging from the quantity of likes on this thread, this is a big problem. It's pretty amazing that Microsoft would put out a product that you can't even login to.

FWIW, I tried all four URL's available at Settings -> Customizations -> Developer Resources as well.

CRM Online.
