Get List of all Cities and Countries in One FetchXML for leads,accounts and contacts

Hi All,

We are building a report something like below

Report Parameter : Countries

City 1:

Accounts Count Leads Count Contact Count Activity Count

City 2:

Accounts Count Leads Count Contact Count Activity Count

... Go on

So I am looking to Group the report based on the city for the country selected for which i need all the cities and countries for all leads,accounts and contacts. (Users can create accounts/contacts or qualify leads which will create account/contacts)

Can someone help me with fetchxml for the same
