I am trying to add a custom email template on a reply of an email message in which already a custom email template is there. But I am unable to add this template as the email message already has one template.I do not get any error, it just does not get added to the message. If I remove existing template and then try to add, it gets added.
Any reason of another custom template not getting added to email (which already has a template)?

Your test and results supports that each email activity can only have one associated email template.
