Reset Journal Entry Numbers

We have been doing development testing in our system and imported and posted a number of transactions.  We have then removed the data - from SQL deleted the GL10000 GL20000 and GL30000 tables - we have also used GL reconcile.

When we attempt to import and post new JE's we are told that the JE number already is in use?  Where would that be?  We had assumed that the JE was only found in those 3 tables.  Is there another ID that we are missing?

I know in the GL4000 table there is a reference to the next JE number - does that number mean that everything prior to that can not be used?

Thanks for the assistance.
