We have OneNote Integration with Dynamics CRM enabled. Users are able to add notes but then for some reason they cannot. The errors vary:
- An Error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support. (Error: 0x80040216)
- Something went wrong while interacting with SharePoint (Error: 0x80060719)
- No sections to display. Note that sections in a section group aren't supported. (This occurred in an order record after clicking on "OneNote" under Activities and Notes.
- This list item could not be updated because duplicate values were found for one or more field(s) in the list (Error: 0x80060708)
I really need help on this as I am at a loss to understand this intermittent behavior.
