Hello,

Hope someone can help.

The values on the graph are not the same as the dashboard because the graph is not pulling across all the data from the Dashboard. There were some new fields created, and the missing data from the graph were the new fields.

The dashboard was published and to be extra cautious, I've even "Publish all customizations" and cleared the cache, yet the graph did not update.

Any help, greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hi,

Did you verify if there are any unwanted filters applied to the dashboard stream? That could be one possible reason for this issue.

There's no unwanted filters applied to the dashboard, so not sure why the chart isn't updating.

Hi Partner,

Can you provide some screenshots highlighting what exactly is the discrepancy between the chart and the dashboard stream?

Alternatively, we can quickly resolve the issue by deleting and re-creating the chart (Since you mentioned that there are some new fields created and the missing data were those new fields).
