An unknown exception occurs when resolving or canceling a case.

Hello all, 

I've been having this issue for 2 weeks now on our test environment. I get the following error when I try to resolve a case or cancel a case.

When I download the log file, here is the error I am getting :

    Is this just straight out of the box or has there been changes?   Does this happen for the System Admin because my first gut reaction would be security roles.     Can we get a screenshot of the case page you are entering date in and then resolving?
