Hi,
On one of our companies in GP we are unable to see the totals of the debits and credits (at the bottom of the Transaction Entry screen) when posting a general journal that requires intercompany postings. The total balances and the Difference cell go blank. This must be a setup issue as it works on the other company we have set up in GP. Does anyone know how we can get this fixed?
