Quarantine Management and Return Orders

Is there a way to use "Arrival Overview" to receive "Return orders" and skip the Quarantine and Disposition process?

e.g. not having to check the Quarantine flag during item arrival.

I know I can get around the Arrival Overview process and go right to registering the product but it would be nice to use the Arrival Overview process which provides a print out of the RMA # with serial #s and Batches etc. that can be used to make sure items don't fall through the cracks and get forgotten.

From memory, Quarantine is ticked if it is enabled on the Item' Item model group. If you need it on the Item model group (e.g. because you are using Quarantine management on purchase receipts, for example), then I don't think you can get round it on receipts from Returns.
