transfer orders privilege

i need to give users create permission without delete on transfer journal with posting permission, but on transfer journal lines I need to give the same user on the same time full permission how to do that

Inventory management >>>>periodic >>>> transfer orders

    Inside the privilege you find Entry points (menu items). One property of an entry point is Access level. So, by changing this property you change the access level.

    You can find it in AOT -> Security -> Privileges in Development workspace.

    yes i know how to link to role or duty but i duplicated privilege to edit it without changing the default one

    so i need to edit this privilege but i can't found it to do it

    Hi Ahmed,

    You got a reply above where it is mentioned that a privilege is not linked to process cycles. You can link the privilege to a duty which on his turn can be linked to a process cycle. You can also link a privilege directly on a role.

    Hi Ahmed,

    In addition, when you have a duplicated privilege, you need to add this to a certain role directly or via a duty and ensure that the original privilege is not part of this role.

    Can you tell the steps you have done for your attempts? Then we can verify if something was done incorrectly.

    Best to use the AOT and you should be able to find with a name having "Copy"

    The duplicated privilege will not show on the process cycle as it needs to be added to a duty which is then added to a process cycle. You can however see all the privileges from the AOT unlike from the AX client where the privilege has to belong to a duty and/or process cycle.

    i override table permission but still same permission (delete for all or no for all)

    after duplicate privileges I can't found it on the process cycle to edit it

    how to find end edit it ?
