Custom Integration to Dynamics

I am looking for a third party that can help develop custom integration to Dynamics. The integration needs to query records from customer accounts and create download links that can be emailed to a client when new data is available. We currently have this configured in Salesforce but we are moving to Dynamics and need it to work there as well. Where can I find a resource that can help with this type of work? I have had no luck searching online!

create download links that can be emailed to a client when new data is available: can be done within the CRM.

query records from customer accounts: use the web API: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/common-data-service/webapi/query-data-web-api
