Integration Manager, The destination could not be initialized due to the following problem: registration keys have expired

The client is using an outdated version of GP (9.0), but did purchase Integration Manager way back then and does have valid Registration Keys.  I know this because Integration Manager works just fine on another installation. Unfortunately I have to use this installation because it's the only machine with access to the external data that I need to import.

I have tried running both GP and IM as an administrator, and registering Dynamics.exe, IM.exe and IMRun.exe both systematically and manually.  I have even tried registering the MSScript.ocx file.  I have tried moving locations of the integration file itself, updating the IM.DIC file with the one that's working, etc.  No love.

I think I have to reinstall Integration Manager on this machine, but I'm trying to avoid doing that for a number of reasons.

More often the simple ones cause the greatest pain.

    Glad to assist.

    That actually was the issue.

I have to say, I thought I had done that multiple times (both manually and using copy and paste), but I must have only done it for GP.  It looks like I got the IM keys from our list of registration keys, which are different than the keys on the machine that is working for some unknown reason.

Unbelievable, but very grateful!  Thank you!

Kimberley, have you verified that the keys you are entering in the machine in question are the same as the ones you have entered on the machine that is working.

I would suggest getting a snap shot of the About IM and About GP off of both computers and posting here.

    Hope this helps.
