Changing production order from Released to Finished

When I go to change the status of my production order from released to finished I get this error message:

Gen. Prod. Posting group must have a value in Item Journal Line:
Journal Template Name=, Journal Batch Name=, Line No. = 0.  It cannot be zero or empty.

What does this mean and how do I change the status to finished?

have you experiences any issue previously?

as suggested, normally this means certain items including components or finished product or certain work center/machine center hasn't been set up fully. You need to check those to ensure the gen. prod posting group has been filled out.
since your error message is not a screenshot, I'm not sure if it is 100% what the message says. If the message refers to a certain line no. you could check that line.

    hope it helps

Check all the involved Work Centers and Items used/produced and Resources involved.
Seems that somewhere the Gen. Prod. Posting group value is missing.
